Is your zipper acting up? No worries—we’ll replace it with a new one so you can get back to your activities in your trusted gear as soon as possible.

How the HYLJE Zipper Replacement Service Works:
Purchase the required number of zipper replacements from our online store. Buy as many replacements as needed for the zippers you want to be changed.
Indicate the zippers to be replaced on the overall maintenance form. We will only replace the zippers marked on the form. The form was provided with your overall purchase. If you’ve misplaced it, you can print a new one or mark the repair points on a screenshot. Download the PDF here.

Ensure the overall is clean if you are not ordering a wash. Our sewing machines do not work well with dirty materials, so we reserve the right to wash your overall if necessary. Any additional washing costs will be charged according to our service price list.
Pack your dry overall carefully and send or bring it to us in Naantali. Clearly label the shipment with “HAALARIHUOLTO” so we can direct the package to the correct location and begin servicing it immediately upon arrival.
We will begin the repair no later than the next business day after receiving your item and will return your overall immediately after the service is completed.
